HBF provides a variety of services for exterior home improvement. We are capable of building and renovating decks, repairing roofs, and fixing outside leaks, cracks, and gutters. Siding reform and yard maintenance are also part of our repertoire. We are proud to provide quality service to all of our clients.
We perform roof repair ranging from minor leaks to considerable roof damage caused by trees and other debris. The importance of the roof cannot be underestimated as a cover of protection from natural hazards and exterior threats to the house. Roof leaks also have a great potential to threaten other structures inside the house's wall and ceiling. Therefore, at HBF we strive to fix roof problems as quickly as possible and as meticulous as possible.
Siding repairs are often needed when damage causes water infiltration to the house from outside. If the siding is not fixed, water infiltration can cause mold to appear, and therefore corrode plywood, causing more serious damage to the structure of the house. If a leak is present in the house, we will study its source and fix the siding after determining that the leak has been resolved. We can partially or completely replace the outside siding as determined by our clients. At HBF we work in a safe and professional manner in all the work performed, and strive to fulfill our client's needs to the best of our ability.
The shed on the left was built by HBF for one of our clients. We are proficient in repair and restoration but also able to construct completely new structures if desired. This unit is very much like a miniature house and its size is small enough that it can be quickly built. If you have any home projects that you would like to have completed such as a shed, or any other yard improvement related construction, feel free to contact us. Our client was especially happy with this shed because of its ability to store yard maintenance tools and other materials.
Sometimes we take on a very specific repair work like the one shown in the pictures below. In this case the front steps of a house sunk a few inches into the ground and we brought it back up to its proper position.
Cracks in the foundation and outside leaks can also be fixed. In case of cracks, we clean it and apply cement to the opening. Then, we protect the cracked region by applying a waterproof product on the foundation area affected by the crack. Underground leaks are fixed by locating and replacing the damaged water tubes as seen on the pictures below.
